How do I book a changeover?

You can sign up to our service by visiting our onboarding page at Get Started. Once the form is submitted, we'll be in touch to advise of next steps.

​What is included in a changeover?

A visit takes into account everything that is involved in a hotel standard changeover clean - making beds, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, dusting surfaces and vacuuming floors. If using the full service, we'll include linen and towel provision, toiletries and top ups.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, simply get in touch with us to request. Please note that if you would like your fridge/freezer NOT to be emptied, you will need to advise as such beforehand. The same applies to any perishables or consumables (shampoos, body wash, soaps etc).

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with all the necessary tools and eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure a thorough and safe cleaning.

Are Prices Fixed?

Yes. The prices quoted on the website already allow leeway for messier guests. This allows us to keep prices fixed.

When will I be charged?

We send invoices on Monday covering the week before

​What happens if guests have damaged my property?

When the property has been trashed or left in a particularly bad state, we will get in touch with you before doing anything. Depending on what platform the guests booked through, you may need to collect photo evidence to submit a claim against their deposit. Once photo evidence has been sent over by our team, we will then advise you how much longer the clean will take and any additional charge.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We use GoCardless as our secure payment processor which uses strong encryption to keep you safe and is approved by the biggest names in payments. Rest assured we take security very seriously.

What is your refund policy?

Any complaints will be considered and our team will return to the property free of charge if complaint is justified. There are no refunds on any payments made, it is at our discretion based on individual situation whether we offer to correct the work free of charge or offer a discount on future bookings.
