Getting Started

How do I book a changeover?

You can book your first changeover by visiting our booking page at
https://hostclean.uk/book-now/. Your account will be created once this happens and you’ll be able to login to make or manage future bookings.

Do you service my area?

If you’re within the Glasgow area, absolutely.

What is included in a changeover?

A visit takes into account everything that involves cleaning your property. Cleaning bathroom and kitchen, cleaning and dusting surfaces, Vacuuming and mopping floors and making beds. We offer extra services like linen and top ups which can be selected on the booking form.

How much does it cost?

You can check how much a changeover will cost on the booking page once you have selected the services required and input information about your property.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. Please note that if you would like your fridge/freezer NOT to be emptied, you will need to advise as such in your booking comments. The same applies to any perishables or consumables (shampoos, body wash, soaps etc).

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://hostclean.launch27.com/login What if I have multiple properties?

Log into your account and update your addresses in your details or in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update the addresses for you.

How do I change my payment card?

Log into your account at https://hostclean.launch27.com/login and update your card on file by going to “Billing Info”. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Pricing & Policies

Are prices fixed?

Yes. The prices quoted on the website already allow for leeway for messier guests. This allows us to keep prices fixed.

When will I be charged?

If you are doing Pay Per Visit, we’ll charge your card on the day of the booking. If you’re a Partner Host, you have the option of a weekly invoice for services rendered.

Can I add or amend services once I have submitted my booking?

Yes. You can log into your account and edit booking details and services. Alternatively give us a call.

How soon can I book a changeover before the date it’s due?

You can book up to 24 hours before the changeover date.

Trust & Safety

What happens if guests have damaged my property?

When the property has been trashed or left in a particularly bad state, we will get in touch with you before doing anything. Depending on what platform the guests booked through, you may need to collect photo evidence to submit a claim against their deposit. Once photo evidence has been sent over by our team, we will then advise you how much longer the clean will take and any additional charge.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

What is your refund policy?

Any complaints will be considered and our team will return to the property free of charge if complaint is justified. There are no refunds on any payments made, it is at our discretion based on individual situation whether we offer to correct the work free of charge or offer a discount.
